I’m here to help empower you to get to know your wild, ​untamed, magical, creative self; Through creating art, energy ​work such as Reiki, tarot cards, crystal grids, and personalized ​energy infused artwork and body products that help you align ​to your highest purpose. I will also be releasing a book and ​videos to help guide you on some of my favorite meditations, ​art-making challenges, and be sharing some “Mom-musings” ​with you. I’d love to be your personal empowerment and ​creative expression coach wherever you are at in your journey.

Hi, I’m Becky. I know deep down in my soul that I have come to this planet to ​help others discover their own unique passions, connect with our innate ​creativity, and live harmoniously with the earth. I am interested in empowering ​people to take the time they deserve, slow down, look within and reignite their ​own passions for creative endeavors. Especially other moms, creatives, and ​other kindred beings.

In my everyday roles as an educator, mother, and wife I go by Becky Poliquin. ​Much of my visual artwork is signed as “Becky Louison”, my maiden name. I ​also refer to myself as “The Hoppy Hippy” which is a label I created for the ​alchemist path that I developed in my journey and my art-making social media ​accounts.

Since 2008, I have been on a spiritual and artistic quest that has rapidly ​accelerated this year. My art connects me to the earth and helps me to ​process the world around me. I enjoy mixing media to create pieces with ​stories, rooted in a sense of place and deeper understandings. My journals are ​filled with musings, sketches, poetry, and observations of the natural world. ​Recently, I have made advances on my book that will combine my writings and ​artwork amassed over the years.

I received my Reiki II certification and am working on a coaching program ​utilizing art, reiki, alchemy, crystal grids, and card readings. I am awakening to ​my highest self and learning about ways to apply my skills, amplify my magic ​and be of service to others. I am exploring the world of creative expression ​and empowerment coaching as a way to connect with others.

I’ve been having some much needed “cave time” to enjoy my family this summer, to unplug ​and reconnect with nature, my loved ones, and myself. Feeling very grateful and inspired. I’m ​currently working on my first book which is a collection of my ramblings, artwork, ​meditations, art-based challenges, affirmations, and will likely lead to my own tarot deck ​shortly after its release. This has been many years, false starts, and tears in the making but ​she’s going to get here soon; Hoping you will “Journey to the Fringes of Truth”with me... Previous Works

This piece explores my feelings and concerns as a public ​educator in America right now. I hope to depict a sense of ​sadness and worry but also a hope for the future in a freeing of ​the collective human consciousness. I combined collaged ​images with acrylic paint to create this piece which was ​recently on display at Buoy Art Gallery in Kittery, Maine.
